Rebirth is painful. So that I don’t lose my mind, I am going to add spontaneous decisions, a lot more cooking, laughter, physical and emotional changes, and books. I used to read everyday and somewhere along the way I lost that. Lots of reading. This is my way of making a humbled, shaky, but determined daily journey to find myself again outside of “Mom”. I’ve spent too long looking up at the ceiling and being overly patient with myself. Time to learn how to live, momma.
